+## Fact
+
+Date: `2026-03-22`
+
+Attempt to install `UI.cfe` into laboratory copy of `Бухгалтерия предприятия 2.0` was not successful.
+
+## Technical Reason
+
+The extension depends on configuration/BSP objects that are absent in the target infobase, including:
+
+- `ДополнительныеОтчетыИОбработки`
+- `ПодключаемыеКомандыПереопределяемый`
+- related catalog objects required by that subsystem chain
+
+## Conclusion
+
+Closed hypothesis:
+
+- `UI.cfe` in current form is not compatible as a plug-and-play diagnostic/deeper-access tool for this lab `БП 2.0` contour.
+
+Consequence:
+
+- Universal Tools cannot be used as a fast deeper-access probe without separate adaptation work.
+
+## Decision
+
+Do not spend current sprint capacity on manual adaptation of UT extension.
+
+Primary path:
+
+1. Keep OData contour as working read-only baseline.
+2. Move forward with FoxyLink as primary deeper-access candidate.
+3. Re-evaluate UT only if there is a dedicated adaptation budget/scope.
