R13 is a matched public update: Node 0.8.10 and K1 0.1.10, protocol v3. It uses the
existing root-owned encrypted K1 credential. No Keychain read or secret-bearing
installer is part of this build. The standard installer safe-state guard remains.
## Built and staged update
Immutable source commit: `9bba44f7c4b79d4ba3ec95680610081cc4db9c96`.
Both production builds passed; the Node UI boundary test passed. Final focused
frontend checks passed 36/36. The canonical builders produced:
- `mission-core-node_0.8.10_amd64.deb`: 109836534 bytes; SHA-256 `f9a26ad7f66e38bd85dd6c1e856d48c10b887648ced81e7a645bb9ad9a1adac2`.
- `mission-core-xgrids-k1_0.1.10_amd64.deb`: 318113216 bytes; SHA-256 `cee55aaa69c0a6cefd7eaba414a7f0292fc150ced033db54e6a21d5a59d641ee`.
Both embedded provenance files identify that source commit. Artifact inspection
found no private application-key member or links. The K1 provenance explicitly
records `application_material_included=false`.
The unique R13 directory is staged on the previously authorized onboard computer.
Remote SHA-256 checks passed. Apt simulation selects exactly the two upgrades
above, with zero additions/removals. The native “Mission Core · K1 R13” installer
is open for owner-entered sudo. Installation exit status and clean-cache physical
UI acceptance remain pending; neither is inferred from build or unit results.
